We collect only the personal data you submit through inquiry, CAD-request and newsletter forms, use it to respond to your requests, and never sell it. Data is retained for 24 months or until deletion is requested.
1. Data controller
YanMao Intelligent Packaging Systems Co., Ltd. ("YanMao") is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. For any privacy request, contact privacy@yanmaosystems.com.
2. What we collect
We collect only the personal data you choose to submit: name, company, work email, phone number, country and the contents of inquiry, CAD-request, newsletter and contact forms. We also collect basic technical usage data (pages visited, device type) via optional analytics cookies.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to respond to your inquiries, prepare quotations, deliver requested CAD/STEP files, provide after-sales support and — only if you opt in — send technical newsletters. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to any third party.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request) for quotation and support purposes, and Article 6(1)(a) (consent) for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Retention
Inquiry and support data is retained for 24 months from the last interaction, or longer where required by tax or warranty law. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. California residents have additional rights to know what data is collected, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. Submit requests to the privacy contact below — we respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use only necessary cookies by default (session, security). Analytics and marketing cookies are loaded only after your consent via the cookie banner, and can be changed at any time from the banner. We do not use third-party advertising trackers by default.
8. Data transfers
As a company headquartered in China, data you submit may be processed on servers outside the EEA. We apply appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, and we are transparent about where data resides.
