FAT / SAT Protocols

Acceptance you can verify, not just sign

Every YanMao line passes two written acceptance gates. Both are run from published checklists, filmed, and signed jointly — so “accepted” means the same thing to both sides.

Phase 1

FAT — 3 days at our factory

Run from the written checklist, filmed, with your engineers present or remote. No surprises before shipping.

Phase 2

Cratering & shipping

Machines leave in export-grade crates with humidity protection and full tracking to your port.

Phase 3

Installation — 5–7 days at your site

Our team (or a certified partner) installs, aligns and commissions the line with your crew.

Phase 4

SAT — sign-off at rated speed

Joint acceptance against the same standard used at FAT. Warranty starts only after you sign.

Factory Acceptance Test

What we test before your machine ships

  • Machine safety circuits tested per EN 60204-1 with third-party witness option
  • Continuous run at rated speed for 4 hours with zero unscheduled stops
  • Product changeover timed and recorded for every format agreed in the PO
  • Case quality audit — squareness, flap alignment, glue pattern per sample log
  • Sample packs logged with date, lot and line speed for your QC records
  • Electrical and pneumatic drawings marked up to match as-built hardware
  • Spare parts, tooling and documentation verified against the packing list
  • Full video evidence recorded and shared before your team signs

Your project engineer joins the FAT live or via video. Every test is filmed and archived — if an item fails, it is corrected and re-run before the crate is sealed.

Site Acceptance Test

What we prove on your floor

  • Site preparation review — leveling, utilities, access and safety zones
  • Installation and alignment per the machine manual, with level readings
  • Safety guards, interlocks and light curtains functionally tested
  • Two days of hands-on operator and maintenance training at your site
  • Production trial at agreed speed with your product and your operators
  • Quality samples jointly inspected and signed off
  • IQ/OQ documentation handed over (GMP/21 CFR Part 11 projects)
  • SAT sign-off, warranty start date confirmed and training certificate issued

Your operators run the line during SAT. The acceptance document records measured speeds, changeover times and samples — and it activates your warranty, not before.
