Quotations are valid 30 days. Equipment specifications are subject to final engineering review. All sales are governed by the signed purchase agreement.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you represent a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it. These terms do not replace the purchase agreement signed for any equipment order.
2. Quotations
Written quotations are valid for 30 days from issue and may be withdrawn earlier if production capacity or material prices change materially. Prices are ex-works Suzhou, China, unless the quotation states otherwise.
3. Specifications
Equipment specifications in quotations, datasheets and website content describe standard configurations. Final specifications are subject to engineering review against the signed purchase agreement and the confirmed layout, product samples and plant conditions.
4. Orders and agreements
All sales are governed by the signed purchase agreement, which includes delivery schedule, payment terms, warranty, acceptance (FAT/SAT) and IP provisions. In case of conflict between these terms and the agreement, the agreement prevails.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, drawings, CAD files and documentation provided before purchase are for evaluation only. CAD/STEP files may not be reproduced, reverse-engineered or used to build competing equipment without written consent. Patent-protected designs are listed on our certifications page.
6. Warranty
New machines carry a 12-month warranty from SAT sign-off (or from shipment for off-site projects), covering defective materials and workmanship. Wear parts are excluded. Warranty terms are detailed in the purchase agreement and the machine manual.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages is excluded, and total liability is limited to the contract value of the equipment supplied, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes are first submitted to good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the Company's place of registration.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as our products and legal environment evolve. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
