The YM-550 is the workhorse of high-volume end-of-line systems. A servo-driven forming head and vacuum-assisted flap control produce square, dimensionally stable cases at up to 25 cases/min, while the dust-extraction hood keeps operator breathing zones clean even with recycled corrugate. The magazine holds 200+ blanks and refills without stopping the line. Engineering focus is on predictable uptime: sealed-for-life bearings, tool-free changeover and a fault-diagnosis HMI that walks the operator to the exact sensor.

The YM-550 forms RSC blanks at up to 25 cases per minute under continuous operation. Actual throughput depends on board weight, case dimensions and blank quality, which our engineering team validates during FAT.
Typical changeover is under 4 minutes for a single operator using the tool-free adjustment system. Up to 100 SKU recipes are stored in the HMI, and recall sets all servo positions automatically.
