The YM-560 replaces the traditional mechanical forming head with a six-axis robot equipped with a vacuum end-of-arm tool. This makes it the right choice when board quality is inconsistent, when case geometry is unusual (deep draw, telescopic, die-cut styles), or when a line switches between very different case formats. The robot's compliance absorbs board spring-back that jams fixed forming heads, and the same cell can be re-tasked for downstream palletizing later.
