The YM-990 gantry (cartesian) palletizer uses a rigid overhead gantry with two independent heads to reach throughput of up to 1,800 unit loads per hour. It is the architecture of choice for heavy cases, for high-SKU volume where robots reach their cycle limits, and for plants running multiple infeed conveyors under one machine. Cartesian rigidity means precise layer patterns even for tall, unstable case stacks.
