Knorr's Karachi plant needed to add four case-packing lanes for mid-pack (multi-sachet) noodle formats running at 300+ packs per minute, with no tolerance for pack-tip stoppages during Ramadan peak season.
YanMao delivered four YM-690 case packers with dual-servo collation and dedicated end-of-arm tooling for slippery flexible packs. Lines were FAT-validated on Knorr's actual sachet collations before shipment, and commissioned within a two-week window per line.
