The YM-690 pairs a high-speed delta robot with vision-guided product tracking to load pouches, bags, cartons, jars and cans into cases with zero contact damage. Servo-driven end-of-arm tooling adapts to product geometry, while the vision system tracks each product through the infeed so the robot picks and places without lane-divider changeover. Typical duty cycles reach 25 cases/min for up to 12 products per case.

The YM-690 packs pouches, pillow bags, cartons, jars, cans and bottles weighing 20 g to 1.5 kg. The vision-guided end-of-arm tooling adapts to soft, coated or irregular product surfaces without marking.
Because there are no lane dividers to move, most format changes are completed live from the HMI by recalling a recipe — under two minutes in the majority of cases.
