The YM-220 self-adaptive case sealer measures each case's height and width as it enters and adjusts automatically — no operator, no manual stops, no downtime between formats. It is the go-to machine for mixed-SKU lines, e-commerce operations and any plant that packs multiple case sizes down one line. Servo-driven adjustment heads reset in under 0.3 seconds per case, and low-profile tape heads apply pressure-sensitive tape to top and bottom simultaneously.

Photoelectric sensors measure each incoming case's height and width, and servo drives reposition the sealing heads in about 0.3 seconds. The line never stops between case formats.
The standard YM-220 is fully electro-servo and runs without compressed air, which simplifies installation in plants with limited air infrastructure.
